Some great points made here at The American Thinker, such as, "The proper remedy for unconstitutional acts conducted by the federal government is to nullify those acts within theborders of the states finding them unconstitutional. "

any act or law repugnant to the spirit of the Constitution is NOT A LAW and no one needs to obey it.

HB 255 (real ID implementation) is another example of federal blackmail. Our legislators are turning into nothing but proxies for the Feds.

very enjoyable read INFORMATIVE! One of our current problems is that the Feds use our own money to blackmail us in to compliance with their programs. Then our own state politicians sell out. The recent energy stimulus money was an example of this.

BREAKING NEWS

Steve Menard Recall - By and 2 to 1 ratio, Wasilla residents have voted to recalled  Steve Menard. Apparently the voters believe CHARACTER does matter.  It is excpected that when all the votes are counted that the number of ballots cast to recall Menard will equal or exceed the 280 votes he received to elect him into office.  Thanks CPG Wasilla members for doing the leg work to get this recall petition on the ballot.
