any act or law repugnant to the spirit of the Constitution is NOT A LAW and no one needs to obey it.

HB 255 (real ID implementation) is another example of federal blackmail. Our legislators are turning into nothing but proxies for the Feds.

very enjoyable read INFORMATIVE! One of our current problems is that the Feds use our own money to blackmail us in to compliance with their programs. Then our own state politicians sell out. The recent energy stimulus money was an example of this.
