About Me
I started my life as a Democrat and worked as a Democratic campaign advisor for the first two decades of my professional life----and then, despite all the nay-saying of my "politically correct" Democrat friends, Ronald Reagan won my respect. The rest was history. I awakened to my basic conservativism and nowdays when I take political affiliation test I score somewhere to the right of Libertarian. I haven't changed all that much, but our country has and a great many people have been so down trodden and dumbed down for so long that we are considered fringe elements when we simply assert our legal rights and observe the practical realities of life---like private property rights, no free lunch, no illegal taxation, free speech, the right to keep and bear arms, speaking English, being a legal citizen---the list goes on. So a mild mannered former Dem is on your team and now considered a full-blooded member of the radical right---can't even stand most standard Republicans and once signed a petition to get rid of everyone in Congress except Michele Bachman and Ron Paul. BREAKING NEWS
Steve Menard Recall - By and 2 to 1 ratio, Wasilla residents have voted to recalled Steve Menard. Apparently the voters believe CHARACTER does matter. It is excpected that when all the votes are counted that the number of ballots cast to recall Menard will equal or exceed the 280 votes he received to elect him into office. Thanks CPG Wasilla members for doing the leg work to get this recall petition on the ballot.
